It all started on February 21, 2022, when our station officially launched on Zeno—marking the humble beginnings of a journey driven by passion, music, and purpose. By Summer 2022, we expanded our reach to OnlineRadioBox, allowing more listeners to discover the sound that would soon define a growing community.
OUR ENTERPRISES 🚀
Galactic Hearts Media Enterprise Company, formerly known as Dream Colors United Radio and Broadcasting Enterprises, is a proud sub-division of JT Time Catcher Mass Media Network Incorporated. Established on July 28, 2022, it began as Dream Colors United from JT Time Catcher. Through continuous evolution, it was renamed on November 22, 2022, and eventually transformed into its current identity on January 18, 2025—a bold step forward into a new era of broadcasting.
Before its official rebrand into Galactic Hearts Radio, the station operated live streams daily via JT Time Catcher with dedicated time slots serving loyal listeners. However, due to copyright challenges, the stream transitioned to another YouTube channel prior to Fall 2022. Following the URE Incident, operations paused temporarily. A comeback attempt was made on June 5, 2023, but after one week, it concluded in compliance with platform policies.
EMERGENCY AND ANNOUNCEMENT SYSTEM (EAAS) ⚠️
On October 18, 2022, JT Time Catcher introduced its own emergency broadcast system—the Emergency and Announcement System (EAAS). After successful tests on October 19–20, the first official alert aired on October 29, in response to Typhoon Nalgae (Paeng)—a significant milestone in public service broadcasting.
URE INCIDENT (2023) ⚡
The year 2023 began with unexpected challenges. On January 1, shortly after the New Year Countdown “Reaching for the Stars this 2023,” a technical issue caused all Dream Colors United Radio stations to shut down. Despite multiple relaunch attempts, sudden outages created confusion among listeners. This phenomenon became known as the United Radio Effect (URE)—lasting until February 21, 2023. Although resolved on February 19, minor glitches were still expected during recovery.
2024: TEMPORARY SHUTDOWN & REBIRTH 🔄
Due to maintenance limitations, the station temporarily shut down at the beginning of 2024. But like a phoenix, it rose again in the spring—stronger and more inspired. On April 13, 2024, a new slogan was introduced:

—signaling a fresh chapter aligned with JT Time Catcher’s renewed vision.
THE ZENO LEGACY SHUTDOWN 📡
Despite efforts to keep Zeno broadcasting alive, the removal of its Free/Legacy Plan posed major challenges. JT Time Catcher Mass Media worked tirelessly, but ultimately, the platform could no longer sustain operations for the station.
NEW HOME, NEW BEGINNING 🌐
Today, Galactic Hearts Radio continues its mission—now broadcasting through new streaming services powered by an Automated DJ system, ensuring uninterrupted music, inspiration, and connection for listeners everywhere.
This is more than just a station.
